next quiz! which disney prince is right for you?

Princess Profiles: Cinderella

Name: Cinderella
Role As Royalty: Married to Prince Charming.
Fashion Trademark:
Adorned with sparkly splendor in a sky blue dress, after some "Bibbity-Bobbity -Boo!" action.
Favorite Hangout:
With her animals. She was kind to everyone. Including the local mice.
Her Scenario:
Cinderella faced the crushing disappointment of hope deferred.
After a lifetime of dreaming, her moment arrived. Dancing with the prince was something that only happened in fairy tales. And now it was happening to her! Then- at the most crucial moment of her life, the stern clock struck twelve, demanding that she awaken abrubtly from her dreams. Her carriage turned back into a pumpkin, and her heavenly dreams appeared to vanish. That morning, bad turned to worse, as her evil stepmother locked her in her bedroom. How could the prince find her now?

Her Dream:
To go to the ball.

Lesson Learned:
What can we learn from this girl? Being kind to your enemies proves your genuine character. Despite her negative circumstances, Cinderella never lost hope. The chance of her dreams being fulfilled seemed farfetched and impossible. Her nasty family constantly put her down, but she rose above it. She served faithfully in the place she was planted, until it was time for her to be promoted to her rightful place as a Princess.

Matthew 5:43-48 says: (The Message Paraphrase)

“You’re familiar with the old written law, ‘Love your friend,’ and its unwritten companion, ‘Hate your enemy.’ I’m challenging that. I’m telling you to love your enemies. Let them bring out the best in you, not the worst. When someone gives you a hard time, respond with the energies of prayer, for then you are working out of your true selves, your God-created selves. This is what God does. He gives his best—the sun to warm and the rain to nourish—to everyone, regardless: the good and bad, the nice and nasty. If all you do is love the lovable, do you expect a bonus? Anybody can do that. If you simply say hello to those who greet you, do you expect a medal? Any run-of-the-mill sinner does that.

In a word, what I’m saying is, Grow up. You’re kingdom subjects. Now live like it. Live out your God-created identity. Live generously and graciously toward others, the way God lives toward you.

Cinderella's Princess Principle:
Humility is royalty. If you want to rise to the top, you must serve at the bottom. Cinderella didn't become a princess by pushing others down, or placing herself above others. Instead, she boldly loved, quietly served, never complained, and gracefully captured the heart of a prince.
