Lesson Theme: Creative Writing & Key Word Writing.
This lesson introduces an extremely simplistic intro to creative writing. Some of you are seasoned writers, and others are just getting started! No matter where you are in your writing skills, try to take some of the simple principles and ideas introduced, and incorporate them into your bag of writing tools. This lesson also introduces a new concept for web writers, called key word writing. Learn how to drive more traffic to your website or blog. Or, develop the knack for keywords and write great articles for Crown of Beauty!
Lesson Motto: If you can talk, you can write!
Key to Remember: See it before you start writing. Imagine the wanted image in your mind's eye, then use words to bring it to life! You are eyes to the blind. Make sure you see where you're going before you starting writing!
The "homework" for this lesson is simply suggested but highly recommended! If you want to make the most out of this class, I encourage you to go for it! Depending on how much free time you have, choose from any or all of the exercises below.
Princess Challenge: Do the five to ten minute writing exercise mentioned in the video. Then, rewrite it when the spoiler and tips are given away. Post it on the forum for feedback! Share both versions so we can all see the improvement.
Bonus Challenge: Take the keyword challenge! See if you can use the tips in this lesson to create a high-traffic keyword page for your own website or blog. If interested in taking this challenge, mention your desire to do so below, and I will give you a few extra tips. :)
Post your "homework" submissions below! Can't wait to see what you've all written. :) Remember to comment on others and be encouraging!
